Temporary files of Administrator’s settings (INI file) were not being deleted once saved.
Administrator’s settings (INI file) would not save with certain Windows date format settings.
Message box for backup of administrator’s settings (INI file) only appears if last backup is more than a day old.
New linkages applied in DWG format border file would not save unless DWG-Options -> "Advanced-Display Units Alert" setting is ON. (This is now Forces to be ON when applying new linkages)
